Photowalk

What is a Photowalk ?

Find your inspiration and stimulate your creativity : experiment, be inspired, create!

Join us for a unique photowalk experience

You will have the opportunity to get advice from a professional photographer.
He will give you the keys to exploit the possibilities of your camera or smartphone!

During the walk, we will leave the hustle and bustle of daily life and fully immerse ourselves in the present moment, capturing the beauty of the landscape calmly and mindfully.

After a short course to sketch out the history and theory of photography and stimulate the desire to make images, participants will have the opportunity to focus on different photographic lenses to put theory into practice.

Spontaneous Exploration

A walkscape does not follow predetermined paths, but develops spontaneously, letting the characteristics of the land and the intuitions of the moment guide the way.
This approach makes it possible to discover hidden and unexpected aspects of the landscape.

Sensory Involvement

During a photowalk, all the senses are involved in the walking experience.
It involves not only seeing, but also hearing, touching, smelling and sensing the surroundings.
This full sensory involvement helps to create a deep connection with the space explored.

We will invite participants to find moments of stillness and contemplation, where they can simply sit and observe the landscape without the pressure of constantly taking pictures

Interaction with the Territory

A photowalk involves direct interaction with the land.
Participants do not just observe, but physically interact with the environment, walking over different terrain, discovering hidden paths and coming into contact with the natural and man-made elements of the landscape.

Community Dialogue

Interacting with the people who inhabit the places explored allows the experience to be enriched with stories, anecdotes and points of view that would otherwise remain unknown.
This dialogue helps create a mental and emotional map of the area.

Feedback

After each walk, there will be a convivial time to analyze the images, share their photos with the group, and receive constructive feedback from fellow students and the photographer teacher

An experience that goes beyond just photography, encouraging participants to live fully in the present moment!

.

This experience will not only help you develop the technical skills needed to create images, but will also empower you to grow an open mind and continue to experiment and stimulate your creativity.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced photographer, this course will provide you with the tools and motivation you need to express your creativity through photography in new ways.
